“BingZi” Voltage/Current Transformer
Model Choosing Reference
Since the early 1990s, our company has been developing and producing the first "Bingzi" current transformer. Up to now, we have launched many product series of different structures, many standard product models and many customized products for customers.
The "Bingzi" current transformers include current transformers, current converters, three-phase current transformers, high frequency current transformers, Rogowski current transformers, zero-sequence current transformers, residual current transformers, on-load tap-changer current transformers, voltage transformers, voltage converters, as well as voltage and current universal transformers. They can be used for monitoring AC current and voltage, as well as relay protection. The recently launched low-voltage system (AC660V) box-type current transformers can be widely used in many fields such as measurement, relay protection, system monitoring and various power systems. The soft start current transformers are widely used in many fields such as measurement, relay protection, industrial automation control, power regulation, voltage regulation equipment and AC motor soft start equipment.
I. The "Bingzi" AC Voltage and Current Transformers DVDI-001 and TVA1421-01 have the same function but different structures. DVDI-001 is horizontally mounted printed circuit board direct soldering. TVA1421-01 is vertically mounted printed circuit board direct soldering. When used as voltage transformers, their principles and uses are the same as TV1013-1 described below. They can measure AC voltage values ranging from 0 to 1000V. When used as current transformers, they can measure AC currents from 0 to 20A and realize multi-ratio output. The biggest feature of these two transformers is their versatility and flexibility.
II. The "Bingzi" Voltage Transformers are current type voltage transformers. This type of transformer uses the principle of current transformers to achieve the function of voltage transformers, with a much smaller volume than voltage transformers.
1. TV1013-1 is a current type voltage transformer. Its rated input voltage can vary according to user needs. When using, users only need to select a current limiting resistor R1≥VIN÷IIN according to the voltage VIN to be measured and the rated input current I1 of this transformer, connect R1 in series to the input coil of the transformer, connect a sampling resistor or an op amp I/V converter in parallel to the output coil, the voltage can be measured. The measured voltage can be any value within 0 to 1000V.
2. The TVS1908 series voltage transformers have fixed rated input and output voltages, including 380V/5V, 220V/5V and 100V/5V. Its principle is also a current type voltage transformer. We have sealed the current limiting resistor and op amp I/V converter with the transformer, so that the voltage ratio becomes a fixed value.

III. The "Bingzi" Voltage Converters have two working modes: "active" and "passive". The output signals are AC and DC. The input coil lead-out modes include printed circuit board soldering and soft wire. Its principle is also a kind of current type voltage transformer. We have sealed the I/V converter with the transformer to make the rated input and output voltages fixed values.
For the convenience of user selection, we list the main characteristics of "Bingzi" voltage converters in Appendix 2.
IV. The "Bingzi" Single-phase Current Transformers measure currents from 0 to 1000A, divided into multiple current levels. In terms of structure, there are five forms: bus built-in printed circuit board direct soldering (see Appendix for 0A~5A), horizontal printed circuit board through piercing direct soldering (see Appendix for 5A~40A), vertical printed circuit board through piercing direct soldering (see Appendix for 5A~75A), vertical through-piercing base installation (see Appendix for 60A~150A), and vertical through-piercing bus or base universal installation (see Appendix for 100A~1000A). There are different appearances and installation sizes in each structural form. There must be one see Appendix for you.

V. The "Bingzi" Current Converters, that is, current input and voltage output. The input current signal frequency range covers 20Hz~20kHz. The product can effectively resist the interference of rapid transient pulse signal currents on the primary side. There are many product parameters, with active and passive inputs to meet different environment uses.

VI. The "Bingzi" Low Voltage System (AC660V) Box-type Current Transformers are widely used in measurement, relay protection, system monitoring and various power systems. The measured currents range from 0 to 6000A. Transformers with matching window sizes can be selected according to the input and output currents and bus specifications.

VII. The "Bingzi" High Frequency Current Transformers are developed to meet the needs of monitoring or measuring high frequency pulse currents in switch power supplies, inverters, frequency converters, etc. The structures include bus built-in, vertical through piercing and horizontal printed circuit board soldering installation. The measurement frequency range covers 2kHz~200kHz to meet different measurement needs.
For the convenience of user selection, we index the "Bingzi" pulse current transformers according to the rated input current and list the different product models and their main characteristics in Appendix 6.
VIII. The "Bingzi" Split Core Current Transformers have an split core structure design for convenient installation and use. The measured current is 0~2000A, see Appendix for installation without disconnecting the cable, and for current control protection.

IX. The characteristics of the "Bingzi" Zero-sequence Current Transformers are that they can be used to accurately measure the zero-sequence current in a bus current system of 0~500A. The measurement current is 0~1A. The linear range is 2 times the rated value. The structure is compact with soft wire lead-out for convenient installation and high accuracy.
For the convenience of user selection, we index the "Bingzi" zero-sequence current transformers according to the rated input current and list the different product models and their main characteristics in Appendix 8.
X. The "Bingzi" Rogowski Current Transformers are vertically installed with flexible installation methods and extremely strong anti-saturation ability. The measured current can reach several hundred amperes. They are widely used in power protection fields.
For the convenience of user selection, we index the "Bingzi" Rogowski current transformers according to the rated input current and list the different product models and their main characteristics in Appendix 9.
XI. The "Bingzi" Residual Current Transformers can be used to accurately measure the residual current in a bus current system of 0~500A. The measurement current is 0~1A. The linear range is 20 times the rated value. The unbalanced current is ≤30mA. The structure is compact with soft wire lead-out for convenient installation and high accuracy.

XII. The "Bingzi" Soft-start Current Transformers are widely used in measurement, relay protection, industrial automation control, power regulation, voltage regulation equipment and AC motor soft starter equipment. The measured currents range from 0 to 800A. Transformers with matching window sizes can be selected according to the input and output currents and bus specifications.
For the convenience of user selection, we index the "Bingzi" soft starter dedicated current transformers according to the rated input current and list the different product models and their main characteristics in Appendix 11.
XIII. The "Bingzi" Three-phase Current Transformers measure currents from 0 to 200A, divided into multiple current levels. They can be used for both measurement and protection to meet different needs.

XIV. The "Bingzi" Digital Output Sensors have a compact size, PCB board solder mounting for easy use, beautiful appearance. They are small sensors recently launched by our company for monitoring AC and DC voltages, quantity output and easy acquisition. Fully enclosed with good mechanical and environmental resistance, strong voltage isolation ability, and high reliability. They can be used to monitor the operating status of power grids, the operating status of equipment and overvoltage or undervoltage protection of equipment, as well as remote monitoring.
